Halloween inspired Zombie workout

Hello Lovely readers,

This post is for all those individuals who want to get in shape before Halloween πŸ™‚ You do not require any equipment only your bodyweight and guess what, you can do this in the comfort of your home. Also this is a scalable routine in the sense if you want it to be more challenging just increase the number of sets, or else do only 3 sets πŸ™‚ Aren’t you excited to know how to walk like Β zombie in Halloween ha ha πŸ™‚ I request you to complete the 3 rounds and let me know your feelings/ thought πŸ™‚

Details of the exercise –

Each exercise to be performed for 20 sec, no rests in-between. There will be 6 exercises. Once a set is complete rest for 60 seconds. Then continue the next round.

Exercises should be ordered as below –

  1. Sprint at place
  2. Jump Squat
  3. Sprinter Lunges
  4. Side Kicks
  5. Jumping Jacks
  6. Burpees

All these exercises will target your full body and these are structured in a way to increase your anaerobic capacity because of which you will be burning calories even after you are done with the workout.
