Hello Lovely readers,
This post is for all those individuals who want to get in shape before Halloween 🙂 You do not require any equipment only your bodyweight and guess what, you can do this in the comfort of your home. Also this is a scalable routine in the sense if you want it to be more challenging just increase the number of sets, or else do only 3 sets 🙂 Aren’t you excited to know how to walk like zombie in Halloween ha ha 🙂 I request you to complete the 3 rounds and let me know your feelings/ thought 🙂
Details of the exercise –
Each exercise to be performed for 20 sec, no rests in-between. There will be 6 exercises. Once a set is complete rest for 60 seconds. Then continue the next round.
Exercises should be ordered as below –
- Sprint at place
- Jump Squat
- Sprinter Lunges
- Side Kicks
- Jumping Jacks
All these exercises will target your full body and these are structured in a way to increase your anaerobic capacity because of which you will be burning calories even after you are done with the workout.
